Job Responsibilities :
Set-up and manage external vendor relations Abstractor Network.
Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors.
Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
Identify improvement areas internally.
Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management.
Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.
Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
Monitor contractual agreements for all vendors.
Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.
Support to explore expansion across new business lines.

Required Skills :
Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
Minimum 1 year related Title Search/Abstractor experience with county
Minimum 1 year related vendor/supply chain relationship management. (preferred)
Experience or Knowledge of National Abstracting
Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook) and tech savvy.
Excellent written/oral communication- Ability to communicate on conference calls or individual calls with vendor/offshore on need basis
Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to train and manage personnel including tracking of break timings
