Job brief:
We are looking for an aggressive, competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive/Manager to help us build up our Employee Benefits Funds portfolio. You will be responsible for discovering, pursuing and acquiring new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the companys expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking etc.
Setting up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes & concerns 
 
Responsibilities :
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Prepare deliverables to clients such as business proposals, analysis of competition comparatives, fund performance etc.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Reporting of account updates to Branch Head
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Requirements :
Fast learner and passion for sales
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role for a minimum of 2 years in the institutional or corporate vertical
Knowledge of financial instruments
Analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office & excel & aptitude in creating & delivering presentations
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Written & verbal communication English: Very important
Aggressive
Persistent
Attention to detail
