Salary Package
Salary package in leather industry are highly dependent upon the qualification. Most of the organizations are in private department, therefore, the organizations pay according to their comfort and availability of human resource or supply and demand. Whereas big multinational companies (MNCs) pay smart salaries, small industries are frugal. However, circumstances is expected to change down the years as multinationals are setting up their bases in India. A modern leather technologist can expect an initial salary package of Rs 10,000 to 15,000  per month.
